Getting started on japritoto
Once you have japritoto open on your phone, the first step is account registration. Create a username, enter your email, and set a password. We encrypt your password immediately — we never see it in plain text. Then provide your mobile number for account recovery.
Next, upload your government ID and a selfie for KYC verification. Our automated system verifies your identity within a few hours. After installation, you can disable "Unknown Sources" again — the app is now safe to use. If the app crashes on launch, clear your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → japritoto → Storage → Clear Cache) and try again. For iOS users, if the home-screen shortcut does not load, remove it and re-add it from the Safari share menu.
Data, permissions, and your japritoto account
Our japritoto app requests only the permissions it needs: camera access for KYC selfie uploads, microphone for customer support calls (optional), and location permission to detect your timezone for match schedules. We do not share these permissions with third parties. All your account data — username, email, ID documents, and transaction history — is encrypted on our servers. You can download your full account history anytime from your japritoto account menu. If you delete the app, your account remains active until you request account closure through customer support.
